? ? ? ? ?報告摘要:
? ? ? ? ?Recent R & D is advancing the measurement of isotopes in LIBS plasma. Isotope splitting in atomic and ionic spectra in atmospheric pressure laser plasmas is generally small but can be resolved using innovative spectrometers. LAMIS measures isotopes in these laser plasmas from molecular emission band spectra. The analytical capabilities of LIBS are comparable to those of ICP-OES for many elements, without requiring high argon gas flow. This value-added feature makes LIBS an attractive field instrument for measuring both elements and isotopes. The talk will describe the simultaneous measurement of photons (LIBS, LAMIS) with aerosols (ICP-MS) for detecting every element and isotope in a sample using nanosecond and femtosecond laser pulses, and the application of LIBS for measuring isotope ratios with picogram limits of detection.
